Catch your lobster and eat it

Hello and welcome. You are about to embark on a journey where you will virtually take a boat trip to catch lobster. After the lobster is caught you will be able to enter the laboratory and the kitchen to learn more about lobster biology and explore a range of recipes to create your own lobster dishes.

Throughout this journey you will have the opportunity to learn about the fishery for European lobster, the biology and sustainability of lobster fishing, and the culinary options available for making the most of caught lobster. The experience is highly interactive and as you move through you will be able to select various options, answer questions to test your knowledge, and activate information points you encounter along the way. Each video in the experience has the option to display ‘closed captions’ and these can be enabled from the video settings menu at the bottom right of each video.
